First in the Country to earn TWO top Awards
Horden Parish Council have become the first Parish Council in the country to be awarded two Green Flag Awards and are the only Parish Council to receive the Green Heritage Site Award.

Walter Rudkin - Parks & Playing Fields Supervisor

Walter is one of the longest serving members of staff. Walter looks after the Welfare Park and oversees mainitaining all the playing fields and general maintenance of the park.
