Agenda: The agenda for the meeting is displayed on the noticeboard in the foyer of the Social Welfare Centre on the Friday before the meeting.

Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting are confirmed at the meeting and signed by the Chairman if there are no amendments.

Anyone wishing to obtain a copy of the minutes can do so from Horden Library or Horden Social Welfare Centre (a photocopying charge will apply).

If anyone wishes to speak at the meeting they must inform the Clerk before the meeting. To find out more, please contact the Clerk.
