Mr William Hill - Councillor for North Horden

I have lived in Horden for over 8 years now. I am Chairman of Horden in Bloom Committee. Having been a representative on the Citizens Advice Bureau I was appointed Director in August 2009. I am member of the Shadow Board of Durham Primary Care Trust where I representing the people of Horden. I work regularly with people in the community to help with their problems. In January 2008 I had the honour of receiving the Gold Medal from the Chairman of Durham County Council for my community work also on 1st April 2009 I received the Scarman Trust Community Champions Award for my work with the elderly.
